Sign-up to our database HERE. This database is active all year round for all events and festivals
When we have any upcoming events, our event committee will look through the database and will contact any relevant food and market stallholders. Our Stallholder Manager will contact you to confirm your availability.

You will need to send back all required forms to the Stallholder Manager by the given date. These will include;

  • Temporary Food Application *Food Only*
    • Stall/ Van layout diagram
  • I AM ALERT form *Food Only*
  • Stallholder Agreement form

GOING GREEN:

UpBeat Events aims to run fully sustainable events in the near future. In order to achieve this, there are some conditions we have in place for our stallholders and activations on event days;

  • No Balloons
  • No Straws

Due to limited power at our events, we recommend stallholders bring;

  • Solar or battery powered lighting
  • Alternatives to EPFOS machines such as the Square Reader
